What to do after you receive your collar?

Once you receive your collar (for the farm/work style harness, or the collar and hame style set up) you will need to cut that little piece of leather that is holding the collar together. You can snip this with scissors, a knife, or a carpet knife.

This is simply there to help it hold it’s shape during storage at the collar shop and for shipping.

It’s not needed once the collar is in use!

Once that little leather strip is cut your collar can be opened and slid onto your equine’s neck!

Be sure you don’t open the collar too wide so as not to break the straw the collar is packed with.

A great big Thank You to Mary for taking these photos for me!
