**The ComfyFit Permasoft Back Pads are made FOR the ComfyFit saddle. This means they are wider and a little thinner since the ComfyFit saddles are already so well padded. The ComfyFit Permasoft Back Pads will NOT have the little leather piece that goes over the water hook on the saddle. Those are shown in the product photo but will NOT be on these pads. The photos are really to show the colors offered.

These pads are very soft pads that velcro to the ComfyFit Saddle. It’s a nice easy to clean vinyl top with a black soft waffle bottom, filled with closed cell foam. The carefree waffle layer allows for airflow between the pad and the animal.

THESE PADS ARE NOT NEOPRENE. Therefore they will not trap heat against the animal. The carefree material is a padded foam type of material that is super easy to clean and doesn’t trap bacteria.

Sizes are made to fit specifically to fit as full sized pads for ComfyFit saddles. 

• None of the components are absorbent – no mold, mildew or other general “muck” will form on these pads.  No rotting threads.
• Easy to clean – wash ’em up, spray with the hose, slosh in a bucket…..

• PLEASE NOTE THE REGULAR LENGTH PADS ARE VERY SHORT. THE SIT DIRECTLY UNDER THE REIN TERRETS ON THE SADDLE. THIS IS A MORE TRADITIONAL SADDLE PAD LOOK. THE LONG STYLE ARE EXACTLY THAT THEY ARE LONGER AND GO FURTHER DOWN THE SIDES OF THE EQUINE. ALL THE MEASUREMENTS ARE BELOW. PLEASE MEASURE YOUR SADDLE SO YOU KNOW WHAT SIZE WILL BEST FIT.

Saddle Measurements – Measured across the top of the saddle from the middle hole of one girth strap to the middle hole of the other girth strap.

Saddle measurements are: (this will help you determine what size saddle you have so you can better choose a pad size. For instance if you measure your saddle as shown above and it’s 30″ long then you know you have a Mini C size saddle and need to order a Mini C sized pad!)
