Permasoft Work Collar Pad

Permasoft  Work  Collar pads are remarkably soft, durable pads, made with 1/2″ closed cell foam.  Designed to work with our Carefree and Featherflex collars these are made by Countryside.  Only one of the new innovations to come from Countryside in the past year.  Of course you can use them with any collar you like,  we keep them in stock in black so they are handy to ship with the Carefree and Feather Flex Collars.

THESE PADS ARE NOT NEOPRENE. Therefore they will not trap heat against the animal. The carefree material is a padded foam type of material that is super easy to clean and doesn’t trap bacteria.

• Permasoft pads have a simple to clean marine grade vinyl top with a black, soft synthetic (carefree) waffle bottom – the same carefree material we use for linings on the comfy fit harness.
• The carefree waffle layer allows for airflow between the pad and the animal.
• Permasoft  pads are filled with 1/2″ closed cell foam.  Leroy Mullet,  the founder and owner of “Countryside”, says he has used these pads on his own harness for 6 years and they are just as soft an resilient as when he made them and put them on.
• None of the components are absorbent – no mold, mildew or other general “muck” will soak into these pads.  No rotting threads.  Easily washed with a hose or in a bucket.
• Marine grade vinyl is highly durable, not damaged by sun or salt.
• Easy to clean – wash ’em up, spray with the hose, slosh in a bucket…..

Please order collar pads 2″ larger than your collar.  Not sure what size your collar is?  Measure top to bottom inside the rim.  That is your collar size.

Below is the One Piece Collar Pad. This pad can be used to take up a bit of space in your collar if your animal is between sizes:

And below is  the two piece collar pad. This pad doesn’t take up space at the top of the collar but will help if you have some gaping along the shoulders:
