Yacht Rope Long Lines – 3/8″ Diameter

These lovely long lines are perfect for ground driving miniature horses up to draft horses during training. The fact that they are 3/8″ in diameter makes them light enough for even the miniature horse’s little head but sturdy enough to be able to take a hold of the line if needed. These lines don’t have a snap so you will need the Yacht Rope Buckle Adapters.

This type of rope is wonderful because of it’s weight. It’s lightweight and yet still has “life” in the line allowing the rope to easily lay across the horse’s back or be adjusted by the person ground driving. Pick up one end of the rope and that is telegraphed down the line to the horse without a lot of extra effort from the person.

At 22 feet long, the length is perfect for putting the horse through all it’s paces on the ground without running out of line in your hands.
